Chanced upon this tasty food stall which was formerly located at Hong Lim Complex hawker centre (Upper Cross Street #02-68). However, at present due to renovation works, all of the food stalls have temporarily shifted to a location beside HLC.
Our original plan was not to look for this stall but another which granny have always recommended, that is, the Ipoh Hor Fun stall. But it was still not opened for business when we reached the place around 1040am. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the prawn noodles and guotiao.
Branch: 10, Sengkang Square #01-60 (Opens daily from 7am - 11pm)
According to the stall's owner, the prices varies according to the size of the prawns!
There are also other options, for example, pork rib soup/dry prawn noodle.
Below: Specially concocted chilli powder which gives an added 'oomph'
to the already chewy yummy noodles.

K-Ki at Ann Siang
These are those hole-in-the-wall-gems at Ann Siang. Thank god they have more sign boards now. Lovely cakes (a must-try: the strawberry tart) baked fresh from the sweestest and juiciest strawberries around, fragrant vanilla cream and the sweetest pastry tart. Thanks Delphi, for giving us ample notice about the new batch of freshly baked tarts. Thank god we made it in time, it was all worth the wait. Address: 7 Ann Siang Hill, Singapore 069791.Tel: 6225 6650;Open 12pm - 7pm (Sun to Fri);12pm - 4pm (Sat) Closed on Mondays
